Menard Solution
As always since Menard is the leader of the soil improvement works, Menard managed to install the first CONTROLLED MODULUS COLUMNS (CMC) in the state of Kuwait, where Sulaibikhat Club Extension which will consist in general of a (G+2) Mall located on Jamal Abdul Nasser Street. It is to be noted that, the soil encountered within the drilled boreholes/CPTs consisted in general of Brown to Greyish Brown Sand with Silt becoming Silty Sand with bands of Clayey Silt / Clayey Sand, very loose becoming medium dense at depths between 5 to 8 meters below the existing ground level. Based on the available data, the project specifications and considering the very tide schedule, Menard (FK) offered to carry out Controlled Modulus Column as the first CMC project in Kuwait. Such technique will guarantee the Client’s requirements within the time frame available and achieve the project specifications.
Project completed a head of time spite the limited working hours in Summer for the middle east as well as the month of Ramadan and ensured the client’s satisfaction where Safety, Quality and Client Satisfactions are always our priorities and final target.
