Menard Solution
At the Heart of Istanbul, on the shore of the European side of Bosphorus, Galataport is one of the biggest and most ambitious projects to increase the tourism capacity and prestige of Istanbul, Turkey. The project is designed to replace the existing cruise ship port with a more modern and higher capacity port, shopping districts, structures and recreation areas open-to-public.
Under the supervision of Menard, 4,700lm of stone columns (SC) have been carried out successfully on an area of 6,250m2 and 18 meters under sea level, using the dry bottom feed method.
