Menard Solution
Dubai Creek Harbour is located at the heart of a bold new vision for Dubai, defined as “A fusion of creativity and innovation that will define the future of living and further enrich this great city”.
Menard has been invited by the main contractor Wade Adams Contracting L.L.C. to design and execute soil improvement works to reduce the risk of potential excessive total and differential settlements and allow the Engineer to design safe foundations for the structures and utilities planned on site.
Menard proposed and implemented a combination of Vibrocompaction (VC), Stone Columns (SC) and Controlled Modulus Columns (CMC) techniques to be carried out to achieve the project requirements and specifications with an optimized cost.
